THE STORY
For over twenty years my work and community has grown under the student and professional companies of Between the Bones and Bone House North. My aim is to create a fearless range of human virtuosity, while drawing out our innate nature to move and feel. Classes are communal, expressive, and shared. We have created amazing stories for the stage and moved each other daily through life.
life is a process
Over the last few years amongst world change, we took our work to new places and we listened differently. The practices and people mingled together. Children, adults, professionals, performances, and life all came together.
what do you dream?
The ideas became so simple, true and yet beyond us. We needed a structure, a home, an expansive name for all the practices, dreams and connections that we want to cultivate as we move forward. We will always keep the windows and doors wide open for you, for all that will come as we continue to grow, letting the fresh breeze that comes with keeping things alive.

I have always been a dancer
Even before I studied dance, I was making wild dance performances with costumes jumping out of trees as the neighbors watched or off the coffee table in our living room
I have a passion to know and to learn
This has led me through countless stories and histories, fabrics and paints, trainings and travels across the world and back
I enjoy the process and the chase
My mind and my heart are always trying to put together beautiful moments
I love going to too much trouble and time creating a performance and the magical moment when it all comes to life
I am most inspired by the laughter and play in children, their fearless belief that anything is possible and their adaptability to change
I am grateful to those that come to dream, to train, to contribute
who help me make this alive space of movement
